Got a metallic blue, maple fretboard HSS for Christmas. Excellent guitar. I see that the bridge humbucker has two height adjustmenr screws on the bass side and one on the treble side. The coil closer to the bridge is lower on the bass side than the coil closer to the middle pickup. Are the coils supposed to be adjusted to different heights on the bass side?

Thanks for any help!

If you look at the set up specs on the web site it shows that the humbucker is a little bit farther from the EAD strings than the GBE strings.

You can raise or lower the level based your preference. If you have played a guitar with two humbuckers the neck sounds heavier and bridge lighter. So if it is raised on the GBE string it will sound brighter.
