First : Please look at the headstock where the tuners are, there must be a SERIAL NUMBER. Post it here or email it to consumerrelations@fender.com and they will tell you.

Second : Does the neck has a string tree ? it is a piece of metal that levels down the strings angle. Eric Johnson strat does not have one.

Third : Another good indicator ( Besides the serial number ) is the binding on the neck. Its a white stripe (line) a the bottom and upper part of the neck ( across the neck ).

Please post more pictures of every angle and part of the guitar.

Wow those exreme closeup pics don't really tell us much overall. We need some pics of the whole guitar also.

Good eye on the 'EJ' stamped inside the body. And the 'SB' is for sunburst color I assume. I see a factory barcode too. That's a good sign it's legit, but don't quote me on that. We haven't seen the neck yet or the whole front and back of the body.

Take some more pics like joaquin.moreno suggested. I'd like to add to his post that the serial number on EJ Strats is on the neckplate, not on the back of the headstock. Also there are 2 versions of the EJ Strat; maple fretboard OR rosewood fretboard with binding.

In the meantime compare your guitar to the detailed pics of EJ Strats here: http://www.elderly.com/fmic/items/FEJSR-TT.htm

and here: http://www.elderly.com/vintage/items/30U-16364.htm

On an EJ she serial number should be stamped on the neck plate (and it should have the tiki/hawai'ian figure engraved on it also). I didn't think they necessarily had it written in the neck pocket as well.
