I was perusing CL bargain hunting. The CL in my area rarely has anything noteworthy even posted. Someone had a beautiful 1979 25th anniversary strat for sale w/case candy. It had "anniversary" on the horn. But in the case it had Certificate of Merit, not Certificate of Authenticity. I've never seen that before. Is that legit?
