The simple answer is no, the MIM and the American unit have different spacings.


If you need a new (Better) unit I would suggest getting one of these, It;s the one I have in my MIM.
(I have the brass one)

The brass one adds a bit more bass, the steel one is a bit more to the bright tone.

Does anyone know where I can get a Lefty Callaham Tremolo assembly for a MIM Strat?

They don't seem to be making anymore this year.
