This is an Matched Headstock from 1995. What is the base of this guitar? An American standard stratocaster?

What is the Value?

beautiful guitar there. don't know much about older guitars so i suggest you look at the serial # and get in touch with Fender support and they'll be able to tell you what you got there as far as value that depends on condition and other things.

nice guitar.

Nice looking guitar!

Yes it's an American Standard, but with a special run matching headstock. I assume the serial number starts with N5.. since you say its a 1995. Two string trees, 22 frets, block saddles. All the telltale signs of a 90's Am Std. The American Series replaced the Stds in 2000. Now the Stds are back, but updated.

I see mid-90's American Standards on craigslist for $600-$800 depending on condition. Yours looks immaculate and has a matching color headstock which Fender sometimes does for special runs so that should increase the value. I don't know exactly how much though.

Two things that might negatively affect the value: The pickups are not stock. The pickguard may or may not be stock.

The pickguard is not stock either; these came with a standard white/black/white pickgard.

Even with the changed pickups still a nice guitar; the slight bump you might get for the limited run color and matching headstock is going to be offset by the changed pickups. Here in the US these go for maybe $50 more than a standard color; maybe a bit more to someone who absolutely has to have that color. Fender made too many of them for them to really be collectable.
