So this is my response........

I doubt it very strongly. Final assembly here maybe for the sake of being able to proclaim them, "Made in USA, but 100% made here? I find it highly, highly unlikely. YMMV.

Enough of it is made/assembled in the US to call it Made in USA. The neck and body are what matters in my opinion.

Come to think of it none of Fender's other MIA's or even Custom Shop guitars are 100% made in USA. Where do the pots, capacitors, and resistors come from? Where does the raw material for the plastic for the knobs, pickguard, and pickup covers originate? Is the copper wire for the pickups made in USA?

Bingo!

For one, I'm pretty sure that all of the pots are made in ... Mexico.

Thank you all for your responses. I didn't mean to start any type of debate here. My main purpose was just to see if there were ever any MIM Highway Ones. I never asked if the Highway One was "100% Made in the USA". I just asked if it was "Made in the USA." I am fully aware nothing is completely 100% USA anymore(which is sad). Even our beloved Chevy's and Fords can't claim 100% anymore. So to all of you that answered thank you again.

There's a close knit relationship that takes place between the Fender Factories in Corona, California and their Mexican counterpart which is located in Ensenada, Mexico around 200 miles away.

A constant stream of transport vehicles haul parts back and forth such as necks and bodies from Corona to Ensenada.
