+1 but I thought I was all alone these days on the Beefys. Love the 11's but I do have some mitts on me and I really need the resistance I seem to over play anything smaller.

I like Fender 150TR strings. I've used them forever and have them on my strats, tele, and jazzmaster. Fender has discontinued this particular gauge combination so I'm going to have to get creative when my stock runs out.

I play power slinkys (.11 gauge), just because I like name. ^^

I run Fender 150's on all my guitars. If the store is out of them I'll buy Gibson Vintage Nickel. All of my electric guitars are strung with 10's.

I use these on 10 of my 11 guitars.

The only reason I don't use it on number 11 is that it is an Amer. Dlx. Fat Strat with a roller nut that won't accomodate the .052 "E" string.

I tried already.

The tone's great, but the strings die very quickly, for someone like me who plays guitar 2-5 hours a day.

how quick is 'quickly'?i also play for 3-4 hours a day with D'addarios and they last for a few good weeks :)...and i do change strings frequently...you should try GHS boomers....hope that fits well for you....

Just put on GHS Gilmour 10's for the 1st time.
Been using Super Slinky 9's for a while and decided to try 10's.
A little tougher to bend but my thick fingers actually grips the strings better too!

Also replaced the stock trem block with a Callaham as well as the 6 screws for the plate.

Intonation and cleaning and pup adjustment...new guitar!!

I run Elixer Nanowebs exclusively on my acoustics. I have not used anything but for over 5 years now. I feel they are the least expensive strings on the market when longevity is factored in and they sound not too bad either. Not like a Martin SP or anything but good enough for everything except studio work. When I tried them on my electric guitars however I was much less impressed. I found no reason to spend the extra money IMO.
