Two of my pedals have this issue that they pop when the switch is engaged and pedal is turned either on or off. The "pop/click" is noticeable more on my DRRI amp and especially when the gain is up from some other pedal.

If I engage the pedal during the play it is not problem at all,it just annoys me when I turn 'em on or off during the song break which is more of the case.

Happens on my dunlop wah and EH memory toy (delay) with the small round switch. Boss and Ibanez pedals with the large pedal switch are ok.

Is there a way to remedy this issue since I like both of the pedals or should I just dump the pedals (EH Memory Toy is under 30 day store return policy, dunlop wah I have to sell).

EH pedals are notorious for popping when the switch is pressed. My Small Clone can really pop loudly when I switch it on. Luckily I don't use chorus often so I don't have to worry about the noise it makes. The pop usually occurs on pedals with true bypass. Not sure if your Dunlop wah is popping for the same reason.

A resistor can be added to the switch to get rid of the popping. EH doesn't use that resistor to my knowledge. Here is a good article about the switch pop and more: http://www.geofex.com/article_folders/bypass/bypass.htm

I dont know if its just my situation.... I moved my small stone ino the effects loop of my HRD and the "POP" stoped
