AFAIK the modern-era tweed cases were first available with the 57/62 re-issue Strats beginning in 1982. The only other tweeds were the originals dating from 1955 (some as "center-pouch" versions with a Lucite "crystal" handle) to circa 1961, when the first G&G cases covered in the then-new Tolex appeared. I believe the case in question is a later re-issue.
