I recently purchased a set of Fender Hot-Noisless pups for my AVRI 57. Since the pick-guard and knobs on my guitar are white I have yet to install the pups. Anybody know where I can find a better matching pick-guard and knobs?
Thank you in advance.

Joe

You can find 'em on google or ebay. Or you can leave the new ones out in the sun for a weekend or two.

Are you serious? Leave the pick guard and knobs in the sun?

Yeah in the sun works. A south facing window sill may be better than leaving it outside. If you live in a cold darker climate, your time may have passed for this year. Dunno how UV works on the stuff.

You'll never get a exact match. If you look at vintage instruments the plastics age/colour differently anyways.

You could do the opposite and buy white covers for the Noiseless pickups: http://www.guitarpartsresource.com/covers_genuinefenderstrat.htm (link discovered by Ceri).

Didn't notice your post when I posted my '57 guard question. You can find some here: http://www.acmeguitarworks.com/Strat-Pickguards-Vintage-8-Hole-C48.aspx

Knobs and/or pickup covers here: http://www.acmeguitarworks.com/Fender-C93.aspx

What finish is the guitar?

Edited to add that I'm thinking about getting these adjustable height locking tuners as well: http://www.acmeguitarworks.com/Gotoh-Tuners-Nickel-6-In-Line-Vintage-Style-Locking-Height-Adjustable-Posts-P3021C26.aspx
