I have a Mexican Strat and i was checking out the serial number on the web site and it onlly goes to MZ5 i have a MZ6 and it is a 70's style is there a problem.

I dont think so but Im no expert. The Z stands for zero and with the 6 after it id say the guitar was made in 2006-2007

I agree, MZ6 is 2006-2007. I have a MZ4 "Classic Series 70s" with the big "70s" headstock. You could post a pic of the headstock to compare. Here's mine:

The site only goes to MZ5 because Fender hasn't updated it for the last 5 years or so of MIM production. My MIM Standard Strat is an "MZ9".
