Hi, I'm a newbie to the community. I have a question that I hope yall can help me with. I've located a 1999-2000 MIM Strat in Brown Sunburst, with a rosewood fretboard, 3 single-coil pickups that the owner says are '62 reissues. It is in good condition. What would be a fair value/price for this guitar? If I'm looking in the wrong forum/location please steer me in the right direction. By the way, the Serial# is MN9342996

Yep, case included. He says he has an offer of 250.00. Think I ought to pass on it?
