Yes, you heard right. :D

Check it out:

I'm the guy playing the guitar. Wish my playing could be better for the vid, but we were making tons of them for other vintage pieces in one afternoon, so I just messed around on it for a couple of minutes.

Awesome guitar, eh?

It's 100% original. Almost makes it a piece of history.

I don't think i'm allowed to say a price.
However, you can contact the store @ 1-(903)-769-5262 and ask about the guitar. (Or any other vintage guitar/amp you have in mind.)

Yeah, it was a blast being able to handle the thing. Last time I played it we were showing it off to Eric Johnson at the Arlington Guitar Show.

Nice geetar, yeah!

BTW, I've noticed the classic "quack" on the video. Does this guitar is outfitted with a 5-way selector or the original 3-way? Stratocasters with the 5-way switch didn't came into production until 1977.

Since it's an original USA made Strat, it does normally have the 3-way switch.

PS. The Japanese 1954 reissues are equipped with the 5-way selector as a standard feature.

I don't mean to change the topic. But what song are you playing in the video?

But very very nice guitar. One that I'd only be able to attain in my dreams...

Nope. 3-way. This guitar is 100% original 1954 Strat. (SN 50.) :o

Glad everyone likes it! It's truly an awesome guitar.

I'm not really an atkins style player, though. I only spent a couple minutes w/ each guitar and it was just something I blurted out randomly.

I play more jazz/rock fusion type stuff. here is one of my songs:
