Sorry, I'm new to this forum, and would like to know what "Delta tone" on the new American Standard Strats is. Thanks in advance!

It's a tone control that operates on the bridge and middle pickups, it removes itself from the circuit when it's set to ten.

Delta Tone has been around for about 10 years or so by now. You'll know when you've engaged the Delta Tone, or perhaps said more properly, disengaged, when you feel the knob roll into a detent.

Just think of how awesome a guitar player you could have been by now if you had only spent the last 10 years practicing instead of obsessing over pickups and roasted maple necks.
