Its just a 2001 MIM Standard but I like it.I got it for $180 including the case. I got it at a pawn shop. It was dirty when I got it but underneath it is near mint.

Thanks alot guys. I really love the strat. I got a Squier Tele at that pawn shop too. It was $75 but no case. I got the Park amp for $10.

Thanks guys! This pawn shop doesn't often get good dealsbut I sometimes find something cool.Last year I got this japanese Squier JV Stratocaster there for $125 with a hardshell case.



I went back yesterday and bought this mint Roadrunner hardshell case for $40.I think I will keep my strat in the Roadrunner case and the Tele in the Fender case.That way it will be a snug fit for both.

Nice find! I love pawn shop scores! Recently, I picked up a pawn shop '06 MIM HSS standard for $150. It was WAY dirty, only had 3 rusty strings, pretty much fugly! Anyway, after taking her home, cleaning all the dirt and goo off of it and stringing her up, she is pretty and sounds great! Also, I agree with a prior poster who said his MIMs were among his favorite guitars. Of my three Strats (1 USA and 2 MIM) and several other more expensive misc. electrics, my favorite go-to guitar is an 08 MIM Standard Strat!
