Band mate, link below, with mp3's if you wanna hear em. Giggin plenty, gettin some Tshirts done for sales soon. The less I have to do with that stuff the better. I'm a crap logo designer.

Yeah the amps built and going strong. Can you believe a 18watt self build has put my jcm800's out of work. Their going on ebay soon. Gigged my little 18watter 5 times now, its a brilliant stage amp. Very clear and crisp even at meltdown overdrive levels. Halfway through a Fender Champ style amp, with treble, mid and bass controls (just waiting on transformers). Finished a fuzz design today and cut the component board, build it tommorow. Made a wah for my bands bassist. Been busy.

What about you Vin, any new vids?

Hi Vinny,
Good to hear from you again! I hope all is well back in Aussie.

Niki, I am impressed with you recent delve into electrical engineering. Do you have a background in a related field? Regardless, building a good sounding amp is a feat in its own right.

No, no background in it, just the usuall carry on. Get some notion in my head, dive in head first, spend a week or two swearing at it and working out where I went wrong. Learn a bit about it, get it working.
It will all be over by November. I'll have got bored and moved onto something else.

Trust me, it's not at all difficult or expensive to build a fine quality amp. The plethora of free information on the internet is staggering. With enough time and patience you can work most things out. Like all the best things in life, it's a learning curve.

blaaaaaaaaa and twaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa to simon adey twelvebar and hoppy nice to see you again and ty all for the nice wishes this has to be undoubtly the best kept secret on the net ..........A NICE FORUM

If you purchased all the bits separately for a 54 strat would it come cheaper than 100K which is the going rate for an original and would it still rate as an original 54 seeing all the parts are from a 54.....Ive seen many 54 parts on ebay and yes think and check a thousand times before trusting anyone selling 54 parts rolls eyes insanely hahahahhahahahhah

I saw on ebay a 54 neck looked real going for 10K and a body for 15K thats 25k already
