I am sure some of you builders have a place for me to find a new spring claw . I have checked the Allparts site and a few of the others that people in the Fender Forum talk about with no luck , maybe I missed it . thanks for the help

See that "Support" menu at the top of the page?

Go to Technical Specs then Wiring/Parts Diagrams
Look up the guitars part list that you want the trem claw for.
There will be a Fender part number.

Then call a few fender dealers and order one in. Some even post so see if you can pay over the phone.
You might find it online by goggling it or ebay etc.
