I can't seem to find the answer on-line or in my owner's manual, so I thought I'd try here. On some of my tuning modes, I getting some "warble"/digital artifacts. My batteries are 100%, so I think that my Roland pickup needs to be closer to the strings. Any height adjustment advice? Lower on the bass, higher on the treble, etc.? As close to the strings as possible? Thanks for the help!

Hi Greg..

In my experience, level as possible as close to the strings as possible. Midi pickups dont behave like ordinary pickups.

If it's a Roland Ready Strat, the midi pickup should be in the right place, but if it's a self fit, you want the pickup as close to the bridge as possible. The string is more stable down there.. (actually, forget that, I see it's a VG Strat so it should be ideally placed)
