I think that Squire "72 Custom Tele is a STEAL for $150.00 I would go check it out and if all was well, I'd buy that thing before someone else does. Also, I think you'd be better off buying that and getting a Guitar repair book and going from there while you are first learning about guitar repairs ans such, at least you would have a functioning Guitar to start with. a lot less headaches than that Saga Kit. For the novice, that kit looked like it would lead one straight on a road to frustration city. The Squire will be a much better quality of parts and craftsmanship than that kit. 8)
