Post subject: an important question about '57 RI Commemorative Strat..

I have a '57 RI Commemorative 100th anniversary stratocaster. However i'm not comfortable enough with the neck, although im getting very killer tones.

I was wondering that is it possible to change its neck with an eric johnson neck, are they compatible ?
(My strat's original neck has radius 7.25" (184mm), whereas eric johnson has 12" (305 mm) (like gibson neck i guess), i have once played an eric johnson strat and i was really comfortable with it)

Can anyone please help ?
