Hey check this out a little info about the guitar i remember seeing one on ebay about a month ago that was in a fire and the neck was damaged so they replaced the neck

It has a few things different than the one on craigslist. I think the craigslist one is just spam to try and get peoples email address and crap like that. They don't bother to say what area they're in.
