Anyone know where I can get a replacement 40th Anniversary "flag" badge for the headstock of my, duh, 40th Anniversary Stratocaster? I found this guitar at an estate sale and it's in nearly perfect condition, but somewhere along the way this little metal badge, which is (or was) held to the headstock with two tiny pins, fell off, and I'd like to replace it.

Suggestions?

Those two tiny holes are seriously affecting the playability, tone, tuning, resale value, and general state-of-mind of my Strat.

If ebay yields no results, you might try doing the same thing we have to do if a decal is messed up or missing. Take pictures of the ax front, back, sides, serial number, headstock and a pencil rubbing of the S/N if it is engraved on the neck plate..bring these pictures to an authorized Fender dealer/service center, and they can forward these pictures to the support team in Scottsdale.

If the badge is still available, this may be your best hope.
