Hi everyone. First post, just wanted to say hello. I was just given this guitar by a relative. It has only been played a few times by their son who asked for it, but as many do, never followed through. The serial number i believe puts it in the 93-94 range(N3 80000 range) . I actually think I saw the model on another thread asking what type of strat do I have. Was wondering what the value of something like this, as I would like to know for insurance reasons. I am really happy with this as it was free, and the guitar only has minor dings, and just needs to be cleaned up a bit. What a sweet deal. lol. Thaks for looking.

Hi Welcome. You have an American Standard. And it has the correct bits and appearance of a 93-94.
Nice "free" guitar! What a nice relative you have.
As for price, the 2009 Vintage Guitar Price Guide I'm looking at shows $675-$825 depending on condition.
