I have both 2 and 6 point Strats and have them all non floating but my preference is the 6 point as it seems to perform better and holds up to aggresive whammy use and bending without going out of tune so easily.

I have to ask then..what does either of these Fender trems have to do with going out of tune? Now regardless of getting into a debate over physics, which would dictate a 2 point knife edge utilizing anchors and machined bolt pivot studs would have less friction and more precision then six little tiny screws into wood, wouldn't going out of tune be more a result of crappy tuners, crappy binding nut, improper spring tension for the guage or an improperly (or not sufficiently worked in) strung guitar?

I mean how can the strings know what kind of trem system is on the guitar as long as nothing is hindering the bridge from returning to the same position after use?
