Hi there,

I have a 1986 Japanese '72 reissue which has the most perfect (to me anyway) thin neck profile. But I haven't been able to find the same feel on any other Strat I've tried. I'm not talking width here (ie. fret length) but the front-to-back depth looking top-down on the guitar.

Does anyone know what this is called? I'd like to buy a new guitar, or get a Custom Shop one built but don't know how to describe what I'm after - other than saying "thin neck"!
