Help  :?:

My Olympic white /maple MIA came with a parchment pickguard, knobs and covers originally.

I have grown a little tired of all white so I bought a genuine fender tortise shell pickguard for it.

The only problem is I do not really like black, white or any of the standard colors with the tortise shell guard.

Does anyone make a tortise shell colored knobs and pickup covers?

Thanks in advance.

Interesting...tort on tort combo. Check Rio Grande if they sell tort pickup covers seperately: http://www.riograndepickups.com/fancy.htm

You could try painting with a Reranch product.

I just the other day saw Tortoise Shell pickup covers on ebay. Don't know about the knobs (wasn't looking), but my guess would be you can find them there also. Good luck!

Not a Fender but I've had 2 guitars with tortoise shell pickguards and black pickup covers - made for a nice mix with 3-color burst finishes. If you can't find actual tortoise shell covers/knobs this might be an option

One was an Ernie Ball/Music Man with both black pickup covers and knobs:

The other was a G&L ASAT Classic Custom - shell pickguard and black cover on the large-sized MFD pickup:
