Post subject: Wow, the SRV sig strat went to the top of the msrp list.

I just noticed out of all the signature models, the SRV sig is at the top. I'm glad I got mine awile ago now!

Hep, they arent cheap anymore.I bought mine several years ago when they were 1399 new.Dont think I would have been able to afford 2090 for one.

That is crazy, I am not sure why they are going up that much but it makes me feel better for owning one (maybe becvause they are retaining their value). I got mine a few years ago right when the prices jumped from Ray Hennig (the guy who gave SRV his No.1), and I got it for 1200. I would have never even looked at a production model at 2100, would rather just save a few extra to break into the Custom Shop.

It pays to learn how to do guitar work. Prices like that definitely motivate one to build or modify.

All the Artist Series are going for 2k except the EJ which is going more.
