Hey guys, i took a break form guitar to play bass but ive decided to at least get a guitar again in case i want something different to play. Anyway, theres a Yngwie Malmsteen Stratocaster for sale at a small shop here in town. I was wondering what a fair price is for one of those, brand new with tags and what not? I know what retail is but that often doesnt reflect what an instrument actually goes for. Im really not a fender guy so take it easy on me here. lol

A Malmsteen Strat depending on year(88-present)and assuming it's in very good condition should go for between $1,000-1,200 with case. I take it that the scalloped fretboard isn't an issue for you.
