HHH is a bit more versatile than HSH. For me, it's the ultimate pickup combo.

Richie Sambora and Dave Murray aren't the only Fender artists who use an HHH Strat. Andy Fairweather-Low played a fiesta red HHH with a complex pickup switching system featuring a bound rosewood neck with matching headstock and rectangular block markers while touring with Eric Clapton in Japan circa 2002/2003.
