Welcome to the Forum.

Normally the middle control is for the tone on the neck pickup, and the bottom one is for the middle pickup.

The bridge pickup can be added into the current wiring by using a short jumper wire between 2 of the lugs on the switch. You can either have the neck/bridge on one tone control or bridge/middle on the same tone control.

This is very simple. On the 5 way switch there are 2 rows of 4 lugs. On one side the wires come into the from the pickups. On the other side they go out to the tone controls. There is one empty lug. That is the lug for the bridge pickup. We will call that lug 1. If you run a short jumper from lug 1 to lug 2 the bridge and middle pickups will share a tone control. If you run a short jumper from lug 1 to lug 3 the bridge and neck pickups will share a tone control.
I recommend running a short jumper from lug 1 to lug 3.

A picture is worth a thousand words:

This and many other wiring diagrams can be found here on the Fender site.
