Im torn between the pick-up difference of a 50's Classis Strat, and the p/up's on the 50's Classic Player Strat.

HELP! Is there going to be a huge tone advantage to the Classic Player?

The copy from the website specs is only slightly different. But ive read that the CP will have the 57/62 Vintage pick-ups.

The 50's Classic is stock with Vintage Style Single-Coil Strat® Pickups.

The 50's Classic Player is stock with the American Vintage Strat® Single-Coil Pickups with Staggered, Alnico 5 Magnet Pole Pieces, Aged Covers and the Middle Pickup Reverse Wound/Reverse Polarity for Hum Canceling.

Simple solution: Listen to both at your local (larger) Fender dealer or on YouTube and decide for yourself.

Honestly, there's not a good way to explain how different pickups sound when compared...oh yeah guys try to explain it with nice terms like,...full tonal range with clear bell like highs and fat mids with nice tight bottom....
but you might hear them and hear something different, and that's why you really need to hear them for yourself somehow.
It's like describing different BBQ sauces....instead of hearing about it I want to taste it.

And then there's the whole dairy products genre: Buttery, creamy, etc.
