I couldn't agree with you more. Only one Guitar Center around here actually has a trained professional to set up guitars. (Which of course you pay for his services). Many, if not all, of the remaining employees are guys pretending to be salemen, when they are just barely out of their teenage years in bands with no real experience with instruments.
