Without having the serial number in front of me....I just acquired a 1997 or 98 USA Strat with two lace sensor pickups in the neck and middle position with a seymore duncan in the bridge....any ideas as what it is? Thanx

Probably a modified Strat Plus.
I have one from 1997/98 which has a Lace Sensor Gold in neck and one in middle and the first owner had changed the Lace Sensor Gold to a Lace Sensor Red, probably what someone did to the one you're looking at ;)
