I so want one of these! I haven't played one yet, could't find any locally. Let's hear some of your opinions, how does it sound, how does it play, quality...

and how does EJ get that violin like tone out of a Strat??

I played one a week ago while I was in Tennessee. I loved it. The neck took some getting used to though. Its like a Loiusville Slugger cut in half. The finish is awesome, and it sounded AMAZING trhough a Blues Deluxe RI. The only thing I could live without is the goofy little fellow on the neckplate. But oh well. I still want one :lol:

I have the EJ Maple and love it. I am interested as to whether the Rosewood model is an improvement over the Maple as seems to be indicated in the rap session. Hotter pickups vs. the Maple? What do you think?
