........'swat happinz when you buy something from the production line catalog other than an MIM Standard which you can walk into any GC on the planet and find 4 gazillion examples of such on the wall. GC doesn't stock the guitar I ordered. It's built on request. I mean...how many times does someone come in looking for a '57 Vintage Hot Rod in sunburst??. 'Oh...right here" "23 in stock....NOT!"
....Beazidze....15% discount over street and buy it with their money...interest free....that's another nearly 3 bills if the interest were paid....not an economic necessity but more fun that way....get right down to the end....have 'em salivating....and send in the last payment two months early.
.....the neck??? Niki and I have been down that road when he was waffling between the '57RI and the HR. I twisted his arm on that one. He's a happy dude with a twisted arm.
......I estimate maybe another two weeks.....no rush....thanks for thinking of me....wiil keep ya'll posted.

Yeah it still hurts two years later

I had a load of trouble finding one in stock in the UK. I think there were 3 new in the whole of the country. Glazgow, London and Bolton where I ended up taking a trip to, to buy it. There was a used one in a little place just outside of Bolton called Manchester or something.
