I also like the 70's. I think it does shout Fender!

I look at the whole guitar, rather than just the headstock. If its a maple fretboard with a single ply pickguard its got to be small, 3 ply large for sure. On a rosewood both work for me with a slight prefence to the small.

I like the small headstock because it looks more balanced on the
whole guitar, but i like Jimi. :lol:

I have had both headstocks. I love them both. Now there is a choice. There used to not be a choice unless one bought an older instrument. Rejoice there is a choice. Be happy and enjoy the strat. I don't want anybody talkin' negatively about my baby.
