$225 is about right for a MIM strat, depending on condition. Guitar Center sells them for $250 and up. Anything less then that from them is a damaged or otherwise unfavorable guitar.

$225 is a good deal. If it's in like new condition it's a steal. If it's not I've seen better prices, but I've seen a whole lot worse too.

That's a fair price if it is in good condition and the stock pups of post '00 MIMs are quite good and have the true Strat tone and feel.

I bought one the other day for $175 and sold it the next day for $250, so you're right in that range. Sounds like a decent price.
