Middle-bridge position sounds out of phase? (5 way)

I just purchased a MIM that is loaded with CS 69 neck and middle p/u's,
and a Seymour Duncan SH-4 JB in the bridge slot.

I'm not that familiar with the SD SH-4 JB, but I do know that it has the capacity to be wired out of phase, which is exactly how it sounds in the bridge-middle position!

In the bridge position, the humbucker sounds right. In the middle position the CS 69, sounds right also.
All the positions sound good and full, except the bridge-middle position.

With this PU (SD) is there a possibility that it could be wired wrong, making it sound out of phase?
but yet right in the bridge position?

If anyone can link me to a place that might show a diagram...I'd appreciate it!

Thanks,
Michael

Welcome, Michael.

All you have to do is reverse the Duncan's black and green wires. This will solve your problem.
