the only things i have come up with are the merle haggard tele, the showmaster, and another tele that has a mahaogany neck, but i would prefer maple.

the showmaster is cool but it has a 12" radius on the neck

so does anyone know of a neck thru fender with a maple 9.5" radius modern "c" shape neck??

I don't know of any, but I do know that once, my wife, theatened to shove my Fender Strat through my neck. She was yelling something about not being able to hear the TV I think. I am not sure though because she was hard to understand over the volume of my amp. 8)

The only through neck Strat type guitar that I have ever come across, was in a local music shop around 1977. It wasn't Fender however, it was a Yamaha S2000 and as I used to work in the shop as a guitar teacher, I used to pick it up quite often and play it. It had rail type pickups on it that looked like a hotrails pickup, but were of course Yamaha's design. I absolutely adored this guitar but I could neither afford or justify buying it at the time. I have since searched for one of these S2000 Yamaha's since and never found one (not even a picture). The pickup selector was not that of a Strat but three separate three positioned toggles, that gave in & out of fase in both directions and a middle position as off. The wood it was made from was beautiful and hard, which made the body sustain excellent. The pickups were twin rail humbuckers that where probably best described as similar to the sound of Seymour Duncan's Little 59's. What a guitar! The shop went into liquidation and I never knew what become of the Yamaha S2000 (weep!).

The guitarist in this video plays a thru neck strat. I saw him play a few times and was always curious about the guitar, but never got the chance to ask him about it. It says fender on teh headstock, and although its not blindingly obvious in the vid, i assure you its a thru nek. Perhaps its an after purchase mod.

In 78 they produced the SC1200 ( SuperCombinator ). This was the top of the range with through neck, ebony board and 3 rail single coils with the 3 toggle switches. It was sold on the domestic market but was not a great success because of the high price. A few have made it over here including mine which can be seen here: http://www.music-trade.co.jp/y_80000218carte.html

Well the OP did ask about a thru neck FENDER, so since we seem to be way off topic the closest to a Fender would be a Carvin.
Since Carvin has been around as long as Fender and are just around the corner from Fender,
Carvin would be the best bet...

But the pic below is a fairly recent Fender pic...BTW this is/was from Fender's wallpaper page, not sure which model this is but should not be too difficult to find.

(edit)......Found it, this guitar is called Showmaster Special Edition, it is featuredin the 2007 Fender catalog, the spec is that this is a set in neck which may not be a thru neck since an actual thru neck is a three or five piece body/neck.
The neck is one piece running from head to tail, and is sandwiched between two piece which form the body or and two thin additional pieces running lenght wise for contrast..

The Merle Haggard Tele and the Showmasters have set necks, not through necks. (They also made bolt neck Showmasters and it's possible they made a high-end through neck version at some time, but most of the non-bolt necks were set necks.) A through neck runs all the way from the head to the rear strap button with the body shaped from wings that are glued onto the side of the neck. A set neck ends somewhere near the heel of the neck and is glued onto the body slab.

The Custom Shop and Fender Japan have done lots of set necks over the years but I don't recall any through necks. (I've seen a few high-end Japanese through neck Strat copies that could pass for Fenders with a different decal.)

The Squire division of Fender has made several neck through body strats. I checked on ebay this evening before coming to work and found 2 Squire strats one in crackle finish and one in candy apple red, both with neck through bodies and floyds. I must warn you though they are curvier with sharper points, more like Ibanez's version of strats.

Good luck!
