Just checked ups.com and my new black 50s road worn is out for delivery. It says the shipping weight is 7.3 lbs, so I'm thinking this is going to be a 6.5 lb to 7lb guitar. Think that sounds right?

That sounds light, you figure the gig bag must be going on 2 lbs. and the box must be at least 1 1/2 to 2 lbs.

If it's the same gig bag they tried to give me it's not even close to 2lbs

What I'd give for a 7lb guitar, all mine seem to be aroung the 9lb area.

the label on the box said 8 pounds. the guitar weighs around 7.5, which is nice. I did have to do a setup because the action was a mile high
