Billy Corgan stratocaster machine heads

Gonna get the Billy Corgan strat - love (almost) everything about it. Can anyone tell me if the tuners can be swapped with the staggered locking machine heads, like the ones on the American Standard / Deluxe strats? Of course, without modifying the headstock. Thanks.

or you might want them is shiny chrome.
