I was wondering if it's possible to put in an American bridge and tremolo onto a Mexican Strat. I know that the mexican one has six screws and the US one has two but will the screw holes for the US bridge and tremelo line up with the screw holes on the MIM body. I'm finding the MIM tremolo throws the Guitar out of tune consistently so I'm planning to put a more stable system in and I used to own a US Deluxe Strat that had a very stable system.

Firstly the 2point isnt more stable, it's just lower tension. Which you can get by changing the silver trem springs to black ones. I did it on my hotrod.

Secondly you can go by the line of the 6 screw holes. Though you need to work it so that the scratchplate side of the original screw hole is going to be where the outside edge of the 2points pivot post will be. You cant just go center to center, the trem cavitiy gets in the way.
Done that too and made the mistake I mentioned.

It's possible, but not advisable.

MIM's have a narrower fretboard that the MIA's, so adding a MIA bridge to a MIM guitar your outer strings will be on the edge of the fretboard.

Have your guitar set-up by a luthier and you'll probably be satisfied with the results.

Going to a "no float" will also help. Do a search on "float". Everything you wanted to know and then some ...
