Just wondering what strings everyone uses. I hope this isn't against forum rules talking about other brands.

For regular use I use Ernie Ball Regular Slinky's (.010-.046) on my Strats and Ernie Ball Super Slinky's (.009-.042) on my Music Man and Kramer because of the Floyd Rose. For some reason I'm not comfortable with 10's on a Floyd.

If I'm gigging I use DR Tite Fits. Same gauges.

I made the poll just for brand names because there are so many gauges of the various makers that there would be a billion options to choose from. I also made it so you could choose more than one.

Elixir 9-42 on my Strat, Elixir 10-46 on the Tele, and Either Gibson or Martin Phosphor Bronze on my acoustic.

At the moment I have Cleartone coated on the Tele. Read some good reviews about them so thought I'd give them a try. Wasted 30 bucks! They sound dull, are REALLY painfull to bend and the G string looked like it had surface oxidation on it when I took it out of the pack. Not impressed at all. Will be going back to Elixir ASAP. Love 'em.
