Does having all paperwork such as the manual, stickers, price tag, accessories bags, case, etc. effect the value of a vintage Strat?

Of course it does. Just like any other high end vintage collectible item, the more original it is and the more original acccessories from the time of purchase are kept wth it only increases the value.
