My friend I hear you and can understand your pain!! I waited for a few months for my CHampion 600 but it was so worth the wait. I swear that amp gets more time in the studio than my main amp now. For me, I am a huge Fender guy so I don't mind the wait because I have never been let down by their products or customer service so...it's all good!

Hey is the champ really that good? I was saving more for a Pro Jr, but I really like the price on the champ! Would I be able to play some Gilmour and Hendrix tones out of it? or its just a bluesy little box ?

Didn't look to me like it had any paint on that guitar. If the issue was paint you would think the natural finish Fenders would be done faster. They probably just laid everyone off and the GM is building them himself.
