Post subject: Strat bridge saddle interchangability.

This question is directed at folks who have Stratocaster bridge knowledge. I have owned Strats in the past that used the more modern "American 2 Pt. synchronized tremolo w/ 6 Stainless Steel Saddles". I now own a J. Vaughn Strat. It has an "American Vintage Synchronized Tremolo". Will the newer stainless steel saddles fit onto my "American Vintage Synchronized Tremolo?"

The saddles on the vintage bridge screw in from their center while the 2 point bridge saddles are eccentric.

If you want to replace the saddles on that bridge I recommend Callaham. www.callahamguitars.com
