I have a few stickers on one of my Les Paul copy i have. I wouldn't if it were a real gibson or anything, but it looks kind of cool. It's sooo punk rock because I am so hardcore and it is my way of rebelling against society. Or its just some place to put stickers.

I won't even put stickers on my cars bumpers, no way I'd put one on a guitar. Case? Yes. Guitar? NO!

Thought about a few for my Gretsch..classic 40-50's pin-ups...then thought it wasn't so cool, some now adorn my cases

I have a couple of cases just about covered, but none on the guitars. In fact, none on the good cases.

I put a Fender sticker on my first guitar when I was 10, I then ripped it off. It was just a J. Reynolds though. But I've never even thought about putting stickers on any of my other guitars. I put all stickers on one case which is a universal case I got from Musician's Friend.

I wouldn't put stickers on even a cheap guitar. (coming from the guy who almost cries when a guitar gets smashed  ) But anyway, the only "cosmetic customization" I've done to anything like that would be me painting my cardboard mando case (nice cheap Canadian one  ). I liked painting my case, but it'd be hard to reverse and I wouldn't do it to a Fender hardcase or anything like that. Stickers belong on car bumpers though.

Agreed.. I know a guy who got a ton of stickers on his Fender Jaguar.. First time i saw it: "WHO THE HELL DID THAT TO YOUR GUITAR??" .. .. Then he looked at me.. Well.. We've never talked about it ever again..

I never put stickers on much of ANYthing, but I did put a small 2" round USA sticker on my Strat many years ago, and it is still there. Its like a halogram or something. Changes alternately from USA letters with subdued American flag background, to a stars and stripes emblem when it is turned at different angles to the light. I just thought it was a neat sticker, and since my guitar was so banged up, it didn't really matter.

I've been kicking around the idea of a 50's pin-up girl decal on one of my strats... But nothing as of yet.
