yes from the headstock and it said made in usa

Not to alarm you but a US Start serial number would start with a letter. Can you post pictures?

ok i ask the consumer relation at fender and sayd its the new serial number for 2010 it begins whit 10 and they sayd it made at corona california plant feb 2010 do you know someting about ????

Indeed, I looked it up. Seen a few necks on eBay with those serials. Z9 was 2009-2010. No more letters I guess. Guitardaterproject is not even up to date. You got a minty fresh Strat man, wood's still green :)
