Hey guys

Have this FANTASTIC strat and its a usa made for sure

When i bought it use the guy said it was a 60th anniversery strat
BUT: Its olympic white and ther`s "only" this small 60th button on the head of the guitar

Im a bit unsure here if this is a american standard original or if its really is the anniverseri guitar here from 2006
Ive heard that this guitars only were produced in sunburst
Anyway the guitar is AMAZING but i want to know what sort this is

Serial : Z5218062

Sorry my englis im from Norway :)

Hope to hear from u here

ALL Fender guitars and amps made circa 2006 had the little 60th Anniversary button.

You have a plain ol' American Series Strat from that era. Nothing wrong with that. Glad you like it, they are great guitars.

You are correct that the 'special edition' 60th Anniversary American Series Strats were only in sunburst and look like this: Image

You're welcome! The American Series was replaced by the American Standard, so the specs aren't on this website anymore. Many have had good luck contacting Fender customer service via email consumerrelations@fender.com give them the serial number and they can send you the specs.

Every anniversary be it 60,50,40 and the likes all guitars came with a little sticker celebrating the year, you have to know which guitar was the real collectors issue for that anniversary as there was always one made to commemorate it I believe starting with the 25th.
