Honestly it really seems to depend on where in the world you live. I recently picked up an '03 MIM, all original in near mint condition for $200 at a guitar show here in Northern Ohio. To me while it wasn't a "steal" it was a pretty good deal as around here they tend to go for between $250 and $350 or so depending on condition, upgrades, etc.. I know I've seen some folks around the forums here comment that they can go for as low as $250 in mint condition and I've seen some places where they can go for as high as $400 or even $450. As Cherokee said, right now the economy sucks so it's more of a "buyer's market" than it is a seller's. I would also add that there's -a lot- of paranoia around about buying used Strats too...a lot of people are really terrified about buying a "fake" and to me that seems to be driving the prices down a little bit (or at least discouraging people from buying used).

So depending on where you live and what the demand for used guitars/Strats is, without seeing the guitar and assuming that it has "no sign of use" as you said, I'd think that around $275 to $300 would be a reasonably fair price. If it were me I'd probably list it just a bit higher to allow for the "low ballers" out there...let folks chew you down a bit.

Last but not least...and this really is just a personal thing but...why exactly are you looking to sell it? The reason I ask is that in my years of playing I've heard so many stories about "the one that got away"..."had to sell my guitar because I needed the money" is usually the most common. In nearly every case that's usually followed by "I really liked that guitar...that was a really great guitar...I really wish I hadn't of sold it". I mean if it's something along the lines of "someone bought it for me as a present but I don't really play any more" then yea...I guess I get that but it seems like some folks are just a bit impulsive about selling their guitar and often end up regretting it later. Just something to think about.

Peace,
Jim

Around here (NY/NJ, not Mars), I see them all the time in pristine condition for an asking price of $275 (+/- $50) range. Yes, the economy is still in the toilet, convincing fakes run rampant and of course, bonafide Fender MIMs abound second hand. As a matter of fact, there are two dealerships by me who apparently are severely backed up with NOS MIMs which they are still trying to unload at the old pricing as these are the models before the big 'overhaul' such as the new MIMs are now. So, unless you really need the money, I'd suggest you stow it away and forget you owned it until things start turning around (whenever that may be).

As always, this is merely IMO where YMMV.
